Christian Kitchen is undertaking a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship here with us at Clayton Equipment whilst studying at South Staffordshire College.
Not only has recruiting an apprentice supported our business growth, but it has also allowed us to support a generation of younger workers within a climate of growing unemployment.

It’s the best decision I could have made, I have gained widespread skills specific to locomotives manufacturing and other general skills which will help in my future career.
